Helen's House In & Out
The Helen’s House property consists of the house and The Agora, an open-air gathering space. Located adjacent to the house, The Agora includes the Agora Wood Fired Pizza kitchen, Wild Mountain Cellar's Wine Barn tasting room and plenty of space for hosting a variety of social and entertainment events.
The Agora at Helen's House can easily be gated off, leaving the house and garden private. Most activities are from 9 am - 9 pm. Evening dining, entertainment, and live music events are cleared out by 10 pm. All can be rented separately or joined for your venue event. Helen’s House
Helen’s House is located right in the heart of Minturn only steps away from restaurants, bars, and shops. The front of the property includes a covered porch with a flower garden and is easily accessed by bus or car. Around the back, Helen’s House boasts a sandstone patio, a large grassy yard, a hot tub, and a fire pit with the Eagle River located only yards away. Inside, Helen’s House can comfortably sleep six to eight guests and features eclectic furnishings curated by The Scarab.
Additionally, the location is within walking distance of several hiking trails and is conveniently located between Vail and Beaver Creek Ski areas. Those who are feeling adventurous could even ski home from Vail using the famous “Minturn Mile.”
Helen's House As A Venue
Those renting the entire property can entertain up to 50 guests. The property abuts the Eagle River Park offering guests a convenient way to explore nature and Main Street. The hot tub, fire pit, and grassy garden in the back of the house add additional space to enjoy. Jane and Larry have a list of recommended caterers for all types of events.
The Agora
The Agora at Helen’s House offers a place to gather, enjoy local food and drink, including wood fired pizza during the summer months, and local wine in the Wine Barn. On weekends, live music brings Downtown Minturn alive! Ask us about renting The Agora space for your private event.
